About the Role
As VP of Product, you will define and drive the product strategy across our entire platform - spanning Gen 3 robotics hardware, manufacturing software, AI optimization systems, and customer-facing workflows.
This role sits at the strategic center of the company. You will translate long-term vision into structured roadmaps, disciplined prioritization, and measurable outcomes. You will ensure engineering velocity aligns with market demand, operational realities, and platform coherence.
We are building a prompt-to-matter platform for chemistry-based products - embedding intelligence directly into physical production systems. You will shape how that vision becomes a scalable, integrated product ecosystem that improves over time.
This is a leadership role for a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure, and operates comfortably at both strategic and tactical levels. You will build and mentor the product organization while partnering closely with Engineering, AI, Manufacturing, and Revenue teams.
This is a full-time role based in California, with in-person collaboration expected.

- Build and lead the product organization, including PMs and designers.
- Establish product operating cadence: planning cycles, prioritization frameworks, and release discipline.
- Ensure alignment between robotics hardware, manufacturing software, and AI intelligence layers.
- Translate company strategy into clear milestones and measurable KPIs.
- Drive disciplined tradeoff decisions across speed, scope, and long-term architecture.
- Define pricing, packaging, and value articulation in collaboration with Revenue leadership.
- Build strong feedback loops from customers and production environments into product direction.
- Maintain platform coherence as we scale distributed manufacturing nodes globally.
