About the Role
As a Quality Control Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the products manufactured in our facility meet defined specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
This is a hands-on, on-site role within our production environment. You will perform inspections, testing, and documentation across raw materials, in-process batches, and finished goods. Your work directly impacts product consistency, customer trust, and operational excellence.
We are building modern, automation-driven manufacturing systems -- but quality still depends on disciplined execution and attention to detail. This role is critical to maintaining high standards as we scale.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in St. Louis, Missouri.
What You'll Do
- Perform incoming raw material inspections and verification.
- Conduct in-process quality checks during batch manufacturing.
- Inspect and test finished goods against defined specifications.
- Document quality results accurately and maintain organized batch records.
- Identify deviations, non-conformances, and assist in root cause investigations.
- Support calibration and maintenance of lab and testing equipment.
- Collaborate with Production and Operations teams to resolve quality issues quickly.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory/work area.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or laboratory environments preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Comfortable working hands-on in a production setting.
- Ability to follow structured procedures and document findings clearly.
- Basic understanding of quality systems and inspection processes.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
- High accountability and ownership mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt as systems evolve.
- Experience with cosmetics, personal care, food, or chemical manufacturing is a plus but not required.
