We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Formulation & Production Specialist to support day-to-day manufacturing operations, including batching, formula execution, and troubleshooting. What would you be doing?
- Assist with batching and execution of formulas following established procedures
- Accurately weigh, measure, and handle raw materials during production
- Support proper order of operations to maintain consistency and product integrity
- Monitor product texture, appearance, and performance during batching
- Flag inconsistencies, issues, or deviations in real time
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and process adjustments under guidance
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant production workspaces
- Support documentation of batch records and production notes
